Hi
Would someone be able to tell me if it is possible to translate this forum into my native language. I am having trouble reading some of the posts, but they have good information.
you haven't mentioned your native language. Mine is only English and some of the terms used here are American and sometimes a quick Google search will let you find out what things like charlie horses or whatever means. Unfortunately there are a lot of abbreviations used like MI meaning Myocardial Infarction (heart attack), I am also guilty of using things like that myself.
There is a lipid converter on this site which may help with some of the jargon that we don't really hear used in England apart from HDL and LDL, the folk in America get to hear a lot more about their different levels than we do ie Triglycerides etc.

Welcome to the site and I hope it was not out of necessity,
